HEY THERE,
I'm Christy
For more than 25 years, I've been immersed in education, exploring what really helps people grow. Degrees and certifications have been part of that journey, but the most meaningful lessons did not come from coursework.
They came from sitting with people. Listening. Creating spaces for honesty. Watching someone soften and realize they were not alone.
That's the work that lights me up now.
I create experiences where women can breathe, reflect, laugh, reset, and gently align with who they are becoming.
Positive psychology grounds my work and gives it structure. Human connection brings it to life in ways that truly matter.
It's in that balance that lasting transformation unfolds.

Inspire, Align & Connect
Meaningful moments. Joyful connection. Time set aside just for you in beautiful, inspiring spaces.
Growth doesn't require dramatic reinvention. Often it begins with stepping into a space where you feel supported enough to soften and clear enough to see what matters most.
That is exactly what these retreats are designed to offer.
Retreats That Bring Us Back to Ourselves
These gatherings are designed as intentional pauses from everyday life. They are spaces where women reconnect with themselves and experience meaningful connection with one another.
Each retreat blends reflection, conversation, mindfulness, gentle movement, creativity, and time in beautiful surroundings. The details may change from location to location, but at the heart of it all is this:
To create a steady, supportive atmosphere where clarity deepens and something within begins to shift.

Return to Me Retreat ~Â January 18-24, 2026
In the cloud forest of Verdesana, we gathered to slow down and reconnect. Surrounded by lush greenery and mountain air, each day unfolded with intention and ease.
Mornings began with yoga and breathwork. Days were filled with nourishing meals, guided mindfulness, meaningful conversation, and time exploring waterfalls and volcanoes. Evenings brought reflection, laughter, and a deeper sense of connection.
What made the experience unforgettable was not just the beauty of Costa Rica, but the way participants softened, opened, and began to return to themselves.

♥️✨ Grace Winery
Love Yourself Retreat ~ February 7-8, 2026
Grace Winery provided a beautiful setting for a weekend devoted to restoration, movement, self-care, and meaningful connection. On a snowy, quiet day, the Vineyard Barn offered warmth and comfort, creating a backdrop for slowing down and turning inward.
Participants moved through yoga, sound bath healing, aura awareness and guided meditation, EFT tapping, flower arranging, and reflective conversation. Each element was thoughtfully chosen to encourage presence, clarity, and gentle self-compassion.
We shared meals, laughter, and honest conversation. By the end of the weekend, what stood out most was the genuine connection and the sense of leaving with new friends.
The experience concluded with an amazing meal in the Tasting Room and overnight stay at the Inn.Â

"I am incredibly grateful to Christy for giving me back my life. She expertly guided me back to myself after I'd spent years abdicating self-responsibility and looking for a magic wand to fix everything (especially me!). Christy is passionate about helping and guiding others and is gifted with insight, empathy, and compassion. She will gently guide and encourage you even when things feel impossible. If you're considering coaching with her, take the leap - your future self will thank you!"
